What you’ll do / learn
- Assist with posting job adverts and scheduling interviews

Eligibility requirements
- Must be unemployed at the time of contracting
- Must be between 18 and 34 years old and must not turn 35 during the programme
- Must not have previously participated in a Yes4Youth programme
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- 1 year or less relevant experience in a similar role, with internship or learnership experience considered
- HR software experience is an advantage, especially SAGE 300 People System
- Basic understanding of HR principles and South African labour laws
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
