What you’ll do / learn

You’ll build practical banking skills through hands-on tasks that support deal work, client research, and solution development.

  • Gain hands-on work experience in Citi’s corporate banking environment
  • Build exposure to a broad range of financial services and products
  • Develop foundational financial modelling skills and support solution development work
  • Conduct research and analyse industry trends to support client work
  • Participate in client development activities and learn how relationship-driven banking works

Eligibility requirements

  • Open to Undergraduate, Honours, and Masters university students
  • Strong academic record (Matric and university)
  • Interest in financial markets and current affairs
  • All degree disciplines may be considered (Finance/Accounting/Economics/Maths/Actuarial/Engineering/IT are helpful but not required)
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; communication and organisation skills; ability to work well in a team
