Eligibility requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum 50% in English.
- Minimum 50% in Mathematics OR 60% in Math Lit (essential).
- Valid Code C1 (Code 10) driver’s licence with PDP.
- Able to communicate in English (read, write and speak).
- Age 18–28.
- Available and committed to complete a full year (12 months) of training (practical time set in warehouse/logistics environment).
- Required to work a 3-shift system.
- Must reside in Bellville, Cape Town or surrounding areas.
What you’ll do / learn
- General practical tasks in the distribution department.
- Attend training sessions and complete assignments and workplace tasks.
- Customer service and loading/offloading material.
- Maintain a portfolio of evidence demonstrating competence.
- Follow workplace policies, procedures and code of conduct.
