Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support: scheduling, meeting coordination, room/venue bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, type and distribute documents, presentations, reports and meeting notes.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems (e.g., SharePoint); mail and record distribution.
  • Support SHE activities: attend SHE meetings, prepare awareness presentations, assist with inspections (surface and underground) and legal compliance tracking.
  • Assist with environmental management tasks: SOP reviews, ISO 14001 implementation support, assign and track audit/inspection findings in Isometrix.
  • Data administration: capture, reconcile and compile information for management reports from internal/external sources.
  • Stock/stationery ordering and equipment upkeep; general office tasks (printing, copying, cross-referencing).
  • Frontline support: handle calls, messages and visitor queries; liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to service level agreements and administrative standards.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent).
  • Experience: 0+ years relevant office administration (entry-level considered).
  • Technical/Professional: Office administration, planning & organisation, attention to detail, action planning, multi-tasking; familiarity with standard MS Office tools and document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint) advantageous.
