Key Responsibilities
- Participate in practical and theoretical training aligned to the NQF Level 4 Insurance qualification.
- Engage in an interactive learning environment with mentorship from industry professionals.
- Complete programme assessments, learning modules, and workplace activities as scheduled.
- Apply learning to on-the-job tasks within allocated business areas.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen, ages 18–25.
- Completed Matric/Grade 12.
- English: ≥60% and one other language passed.
- Mathematics: ≥50%; or Mathematical Literacy: ≥60%.
- Not currently studying and not registered for any other learnership.
- No prior participation in an insurance industry learnership.
- Currently unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months.
- Able to commit to the full 12-month programme.
- Computer literacy advantageous.
