Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in practical and theoretical training aligned to the NQF Level 4 Insurance qualification.
  • Engage in an interactive learning environment with mentorship from industry professionals.
  • Complete programme assessments, learning modules, and workplace activities as scheduled.
  • Apply learning to on-the-job tasks within allocated business areas.

Eligibility Criteria

  • South African citizen, ages 18–25.
  • Completed Matric/Grade 12.
  • English: ≥60% and one other language passed.
  • Mathematics: ≥50%; or Mathematical Literacy: ≥60%.
  • Not currently studying and not registered for any other learnership.
  • No prior participation in an insurance industry learnership.
  • Currently unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months.
  • Able to commit to the full 12-month programme.
  • Computer literacy advantageous.
