Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records, statistics and tracking of queries received and resolved.
  • Route tasks and queries to the correct teams; manage shared mailboxes and respond within agreed SLAs.
  • Log IT requests for call retrievals and assist with retrieving call recordings.
  • Manage end-to-end query handling and identify potential sales opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
    • Maths: Level 4 (β‰₯50%); English: Level 4 (β‰₯50%)
    • Maths Literacy: Level 5 (β‰₯60%); Second language: Level 4 (β‰₯50%)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook).
  • May have an incomplete tertiary (financial) qualification (advantage).
  • Ages 18–30; South African by birth only.
  • Not currently employed; not engaged in post-Matric studies; no prior learnership completed.
