Premier FMCG is seeking a target-driven and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the Salesman Driver in delivering products and, where applicable, collecting cash and trays. This role operates in a high-pressure, fast-paced FMCG environment.

Programme\Position Offerings

• Job Title: Sales Assistant
• Location: Rustenburg, North-West, South Africa
• Department: Sales | Premier FMCG – BR Rustenburg Depot
• Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and sign off on company products per loading sheet
• Adhere to standard departure times and safety protocols
• Assist in vehicle cleanliness and safety compliance
• Offload products at customer locations
• Collect and cash in payments daily (where applicable)
• Immediately report any vehicle incidents or accidents

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Effective communication at all levels
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Matric / Grade 12
• Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG
• License: Valid Code 10/CI Driver’s License with PDP

Working Conditions

• High-pressure, physically demanding role
• 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
• Rotating 12-hour shifts may include night shifts
