Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 certificate
- For Engineering fields: Minimum Level 6 in Mathematics and Physical Science (or as required by your chosen institution)
- For Mining and Metallurgical Engineering: Minimum Level 5 in Mathematics and Physical Science
- Current university students must have a minimum 60% average for the academic year
- Submit a CV and either your Grade 12 certificate or latest university academic transcript
- Proof of residence is required – preference will be given to candidates from local communities near Glencore Coal Operations
- Applicants already funded by another company or organisation will not be considered
- Final selection will include assessments and interviews
