Eligibility Criteria

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • For Engineering fields: Minimum Level 6 in Mathematics and Physical Science (or as required by your chosen institution)
  • For Mining and Metallurgical Engineering: Minimum Level 5 in Mathematics and Physical Science
  • Current university students must have a minimum 60% average for the academic year
  • Submit a CV and either your Grade 12 certificate or latest university academic transcript
  • Proof of residence is required – preference will be given to candidates from local communities near Glencore Coal Operations
  • Applicants already funded by another company or organisation will not be considered
  • Final selection will include assessments and interviews
