Coca-Cola – Unemployed Learner Packaging Learnership

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is offering a 12‑month Unemployed Learner Packaging programme in the food and beverage packaging environment. This learnership is designed to develop practical skills through both classroom instruction and on‑the‑job training. The successful candidate will report directly to the Training Controller and gain exposure to bottling processes, safety and housekeeping standards, quality testing, and food handling practices.

Program Offerings

• Programme Type: Learnership
• Duration: 12 months
• Qualification: National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF Level 3); learners must obtain at least 120 credits to qualify.
• Location: Nigel & Heidelberg, Gauteng
• Key Exposure:

Eligibility Criteria

• Must hold a Matric certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%) and Science (minimum 50%)
• Must have passed two South African Languages (minimum 40% each)
• Must be a South African citizen and an Employment Equity candidate
• Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
• Age requirement: 18 to 35 years
• Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another organization
• Must be willing to commit to the full 12‑month learnership programme
