Vector Logistics is hiring a Picker for its Midrand VC operation to accurately pick, prepare and palletise stock so that all customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. The role works in chilled/frozen areas and requires strong attention to detail, safe product handling, and reliable teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, check, weigh and mark stock accurately; complete picking slips and related admin.
- Safely handle products, MHE and picking devices; palletise stock appropriately (hard/medium/soft).
- Maintain housekeeping standards: clean work areas, remove waste/pallets, keep walkways clear.
- Assist with stock count preparations and daily cycle counts; isolate and report damaged stock.
- Observe OHS/ISO requirements; follow good handling practices (e.g., freezer/door controls, glass-free zones).
- Timekeeping: clock accurately, minimise overtime, report delays.
- Communicate issues promptly and support team targets; follow supervisor instructions.

- Physically fit with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible about working hours/shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Matric/Grade 12.
- Experience: Warehouse picking exposure advantageous (not explicitly required).
- Other: Comfortable with MHE/picking devices (training may be provided).
