Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in all workplace experiences and training interventions as per the learnership plan.
  • Provide advice/support in implementing operational plans, processes, methods and techniques.
  • Offer day-to-day customer support; contribute to team performance and service standards.
  • Complete required administration, including tracking and reporting.
  • Comply with FAIS and internal quality, governance and confidentiality requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: National Senior Certificate/Matric (required); Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma may also apply per listing.
  • FAIS Fit & Proper (Advice & Intermediary):
    • FSCA-approved qualification and RE5 (or completion per programme rules).
    • Product-specific and Class-of-Business training (once onboarded).
    • Ongoing CPD and attestation to honesty, integrity and good standing.
