Key Responsibilities
- Attend classroom-based theoretical and practical training one week per month.
- Complete workplace experience in an operational environment to build practical competence.
- Work Monday to Friday 07:00–17:00, with possible overtime as required.
- Complete required assessments, including writing the EISA examination at the end of the programme.
- Participate in recruitment and compliance processes (interviews, assessments, and checks) as required.

- Strong interest in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Willingness to learn in both classroom and workplace settings.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to commit to a structured 12-month programme.
- Comfortable working operational hours and handling a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to complete assessments and comply with background screening requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 21–29 years old.
- Education: Matric Certificate with a 50% pass rate.
