Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role

Required Skills

  • Ability to accurately check and record product information
  • Basic computer literacy for system administration tasks
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks related to stock control and dispatch
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in quality and housekeeping

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Stock Control & Dispatch:
    • Inspect and verify the assembling, packing, and unpacking of goods
    • Perform pre-loading inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and proper closure
    • Ensure proper loading, sealing, and weighing of loads to meet legal compliance
  • Administration:
    • Maintain records and complete bin stock documentation
    • Carry out dispatch procedures and ensure accurate record keeping
    • Perform system administration tasks as required
  • General Housekeeping:
    • Ensure daily cleaning of the weighbridge and loading area
    • Maintain overall housekeeping standards within the loading facility
  • Additional Tasks:
    • Follow all reasonable instructions from the supervisor
    • Participate in all necessary quality control and inventory management tasks
