Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of South Africa and be based in Durban
- Must be in your final year of study, pursuing a relevant BCom or BTech qualification in HR Management, Psychology, or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
- Must not have worked full-time in your field of study for more than one year
- Must have the legal work authorization to work in South Africa

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to support and contribute to HR projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and administrative tasks
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Support:
- Assist in the execution of HR projects and work integrated learning assignments as directed by your Line Manager
- Problem-solve issues and provide timely support to enhance team performance
- Learning & Development:
- Attend all training and development interventions to build your HR knowledge and skills
- Gain practical experience that complements your academic studies
- Administrative Support:
- Perform daily administrative tasks including tracking and reporting
- Support customer service and additional tasks as required to meet business objectives
