Tiger Brands is recruiting graduates for its Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) within the Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst stream. This is a full-time, onsite graduate development opportunity designed to build future leaders through structured learning and real business exposure over a 24-month period.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured graduate development journey aimed at building leadership capability.
- Contribute to business learning interventions and practical workplace exposure across relevant teams.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to business challenges aligned to the BI/Data Analyst stream.
- Collaborate with teams, demonstrate leadership potential, and support delivery against objectives.

- Computer literate (MS Word and Excel).
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (favourable examples listed: BSc Computer Science, BSc Statistics, or related fields aligned to Business Intelligence / Data Analytics).
- Minimum 65% academic average.
- Recent graduate from a tertiary institution in South Africa (completed 3rd or 4th year qualification).
- Must be a citizen in the country of hire and have work authorisation for the country applied to.
- Must not have worked full-time for more than 1 year in your field of study (workplace experience excluded).
- Valid driver’s licence required.
- Employment Equity: preference may be given to suitably qualified candidates from under-represented designated groups in line with Tiger Brands’ EE plan and targets.
