Tiger Brands is recruiting graduates for its Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) within the Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst stream. This is a full-time, onsite graduate development opportunity designed to build future leaders through structured learning and real business exposure over a 24-month period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured graduate development journey aimed at building leadership capability.
  • Contribute to business learning interventions and practical workplace exposure across relevant teams.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to business challenges aligned to the BI/Data Analyst stream.
  • Collaborate with teams, demonstrate leadership potential, and support delivery against objectives.

  • Computer literate (MS Word and Excel).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree (favourable examples listed: BSc Computer Science, BSc Statistics, or related fields aligned to Business Intelligence / Data Analytics).
  • Minimum 65% academic average.
  • Recent graduate from a tertiary institution in South Africa (completed 3rd or 4th year qualification).
  • Must be a citizen in the country of hire and have work authorisation for the country applied to.
  • Must not have worked full-time for more than 1 year in your field of study (workplace experience excluded).
  • Valid driver’s licence required.
  • Employment Equity: preference may be given to suitably qualified candidates from under-represented designated groups in line with Tiger Brands’ EE plan and targets.
