Programme\Position Offerings

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support across design, production, warehousing, and administration teams.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, scanners, printers, sewing machine interfaces, RFID/barcode readers).
  • Support ERP and MES systems for production planning, inventory, and quality control.
  • Troubleshoot issues with manufacturing software (CAD, PLM, and pattern design tools).
  • Assist with digital transformation projects, IoT implementations, and system upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity across all sites.
  • Collect and report production data for decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation for IT assets, troubleshooting processes, and user support logs.
  • Train and guide manufacturing staff on IT systems and software.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Advanced Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Internship or project exposure in a manufacturing or industrial setting advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Office, and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, RFID, IoT, and ERP systems beneficial.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Understanding of IT fundamentals: networking, hardware, software, and databases.
  • Basic exposure to ERP, PLM, or CAD software is advantageous.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
