Eligibility Criteria
• Must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Strong numeracy skills and ability to handle money
• Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Target-driven and customer-focused
• Practical experience in financial and administrative roles
• SAP experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and fraud detection skills
• Experience in retail and cellular is advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Process transactions and manage cash-ups accurately
• Handle administration of tech and furniture retail offerings
• Perform administrative duties
• Maintain security and safety standards
• Operate reception and switchboard functions
• Work towards achieving individual sales targets
