Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured learnership training and workplace-based learning activities.
  • Build short-term insurance knowledge and practical workplace competence aligned to the NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Complete programme requirements, assessments, and workplace tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Demonstrate professional conduct, accountability, and service orientation in a regulated environment.

  • Strong interest in learning and commitment to completing a 12-month learnership.
  • Positive attitude, determination, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with sound judgement.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage yourself effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and service-focused.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 18–25 years (including turning 25 in 2025).
  • Education: Passed Matric with:
    • English 50% or above (required)
    • Maths beneficial
    • If currently completing Matric: attach preliminary exam results
  • Status: Unemployed and/or no work experience.
  • Study/Qualification status: Not currently studying at another institution and no post-Matric qualifications.
  • Not registered for any other learnership.
  • Computer literate.
  • Clear criminal and credit record.
  • Must attach required documents:
    • Certified ID copy
    • Matric certificate (or prelim results if currently in Matric)
    • Applications missing these attachments will not be considered.
