Momentum Insure, in partnership with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority), is offering a Short Term Insurance Learnership in Centurion. This learnership provides a comprehensive rotational programme across various departments, giving participants hands-on experience in short-term insurance. Successful candidates will develop industry-specific skills and, upon completion, earn a National Certificate in Short-Term Insurance (NQF Level 4).

It offers a range of short-term insurance solutions designed for individuals and small to medium-sized businesses. It delivers flexible products with innovative features—such as specialized covers and safety rewards to provide protection and peace of mind for its clients.

Program Offerings

  • Programme Type: Learnership (Temporary)
  • Duration: February 2025 to 31 January 2026
  • Location: Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa
  • Key Exposure:
    • Rotational placements across various departments in short-term insurance
    • Hands-on learning and skills development in insurance operations
    • Formal training leading to a National Certificate in Short-Term Insurance (NQF Level 4)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be aged between 18 and 25 years (including those turning 25 in 2025)
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have passed Matric with a minimum of 50% in English (Math is beneficial)
  • Must be currently unemployed and have no work experience
  • Must not be studying at any other institution or registered for another learnership
  • Applicants must attach a copy of their ID and Matric certificate (or preliminary exam results if still completing Matric)
  • A clear criminal and credit record is required
