Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client service processes and requests, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
- Provide accurate and relevant information and documentation as required.
- Adhere to all legislative and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver on service level agreements to meet client expectations.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen aged 18 to 25 (including those turning 25 in 2026).
- Must have passed Matric with English and Maths or Accounting.
- Must be unemployed and not currently committed to another learnership.
- Must not have participated in a learnership before.
