Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Retail, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Fluent in English
- Legally authorised to work in South Africa (citizenship or valid visa/work permit)
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for leading technologies and a motivation to learn and grow
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work periods
- Analyze causes of service faults or degradation and recommend improvement plans
- Implement improvements for the Data Center business unit as directed
- Coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims and process failed hardware devices
- Maintain accurate information within inventory management systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Execute secure destruction of data-bearing devices in compliance with SLAs and Microsoft policies
- Adhere to security and data management protocols
