Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a Matric certificate or an NQF 4 qualification
- Must have successfully completed Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum score of 40%
- Must have passed both English and one other South African language with at least 40%
- Must be proficient in using computer systems and digital tools

Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed logbooks and compile evidence for SETA assessments

- Provide recommendations to enhance service quality and manage client queries
