Key Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation of marketing plans and toolkits for Luxe brands.
- Support events, launches, in-store activations, supplier coordination, and logistics.
- Pack, track, and dispatch PR kits and samples for media/influencers.
- Conduct market/competitor research; track trends, launches, and media coverage.
- Contribute to sell-out inputs, PR clippings, and performance analyses.
- Help develop/schedule refined social content; monitor campaign performance.
- Brainstorm digital/editorial ideas suited to luxury audiences.
- Raise POs, track spend, and maintain budget and asset records.
- Provide daily admin support; maintain organised documentation.
- Collaborate with brand, sales, training, and customer service teams.

Eligibility Criteria
- Studying or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Passion for luxury beauty and awareness of category trends.
- Prior experience (internship/part-time) in luxury or premium FMCG marketing advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint essential); familiar with social platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic analytics knowledge (e.g., Google Analytics); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
