Program Offerings
- Programme Type: YES Learnership
- Contract: Fixed-term 12-month contract
- Location: Western Cape, South Africa
- Key Exposure:
- Entry-level experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Practical on-the-job training across various retail functions
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be between 18 and 28 years old
- Minimum educational requirement: Preferably Matric; Grade 10 is acceptable
- Should not have been permanently employed with a single employer for over 1 year
- Must not be studying full time during the employment period (April 2023 – March 2024)
- Must not have participated in the YES Programme previously
- Candidates are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation (if applicable)
- Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act
