Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured theoretical training and practical, work-based learning components aligned to the qualification.
- Complete required assessments as part of the learnership programme.
- Where applicable, complete an online aptitude assessment as part of the selection process.
- Maintain professional conduct, attendance, and active participation throughout the programme.
Attributes Required
- Strong willingness to learn and complete a structured programme over 12 months.
- Interest in IT, business, or related career pathways (depending on the chosen learnership stream).
- Basic communication skills and readiness to participate in assessments and training.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be unemployed, not currently on another learnership, and living in or able to secure accommodation in Gauteng.
- NQF Level 4 programmes: typically require Matric English and Mathematics with at least 50% each; Mathematics Literacy requires 60%.
- NQF Level 5 programmes: require the Level 4 matric results plus a completed IT qualification (for Level 5 programmes referenced by Dynamic DNA).
- Example programme-specific requirement (End User Computing, NQF 3): Grade 12 pass (or equivalent) with minimum marks in English/Maths/Maths Literacy as stipulated on the programme page.
