Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance checks on submitted business.
- Assist with capturing new business and claims, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Compile and act on daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and Sales Manager.
- Service financial advisers and act as a liaison between business units.
- Monitor office efficiency and manage office functions.
- Receive and service walk-in clients and handle front-office administrative tasks.
- Compile and present monthly team reports and support onboarding processes.
- Analyse insights and trends to support business decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
- Minimum subject requirements:
- Mathematics: Level 4 (50%)
- English: Level 4 (50%)
- Maths Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
- Second Language: Level 4 (50%)
- Incomplete tertiary qualification in finance is advantageous.
- Must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Must not be currently studying or employed.
- Must not have completed a previous learnership.
- Must have basic computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Only South African citizens by birth will be considered.
