The role focuses on end-to-end clinic administration and operational support to onsite clinic nurses, ensuring smooth daily clinic operations, strong client/patient service, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with relevant healthcare standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments to optimise clinic workflow and reduce wait times.
- Maintain, update, organise, and secure medical files for quick and accurate access.
- Manage waiting areas and support patient flow.
- Liaise between patients, clinic staff, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Monitor and manage clinic supplies (stock/consumables), procurement, and inventory control.
- Support clinic compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, standards, and SLAs.
- Assist nurses/medical personnel with administrative duties and documentation.
- Handle patient queries, resolve complaints, and provide information on services and procedures.
- Compile and submit operational reports to management.
- Order stationery and coordinate administrative supplies.
- Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and repairs of clinical equipment.
- Manage medical waste collection and disposal processes.
- Support administration linked to incapacity support, case management, and return-to-work coordination.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matric / Senior Certificate (required).
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative role (required).
