Program Offerings
- Position Type: Temporary / Full-Time
- Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa
- Working Hours: 45 hours per week
- Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and adhere to client requirements and delivery procedures
- Operate equipment correctly and report any defects promptly
- Record and report non-conformities regarding customer merchandise
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain safe working practices
- Execute assigned loading and offloading tasks accurately
- Uphold company standards and integrity at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a BBB-EE candidate
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be an unemployed youth aged between 18 and 29 years
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A positive work ethic and a professional approach at all times
- Basic administrative skills are desirable
- An understanding of quality, security, and operational processes is an advantage
