This opportunity provides a 12-month fixed term contract where candidates will enrol in a NATIONAL CERTIFICATE: BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES (NQF 3) programme with the Food and Beverages SETA. The learnership combines formal training with structured on-the-job learning, supported by coaching and mentorship, and involves providing essential administrative support during peak business periods and when teams are on leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the Business Administration Learnership Programme as per the structured curriculum
  • Provide administrative support during peak periods and team absences
  • Engage in both formal training and on-the-job learning to build essential business administration skills
  • Participate actively in all learning interventions to meet predefined training objectives

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education:
    • Minimum of Matric with Maths/Maths Literacy and English (pass rate of at least 40%)
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language
    • Must be a South African citizen and an Employment Equity candidate
    • Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 34
    • Must present a valid medical record detailing the nature of the disability
    • Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme and attend classes on weekdays (and Saturdays if required)
    • Must not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies
    • Must have no criminal record or negative credit record
    • Must be based in, or willing to travel to, the designated regional locations
