Key Responsibilities
- Complete the Business Administration Learnership Programme as per the structured curriculum
- Provide administrative support during peak periods and team absences
- Engage in both formal training and on-the-job learning to build essential business administration skills
- Participate actively in all learning interventions to meet predefined training objectives
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education:
- Minimum of Matric with Maths/Maths Literacy and English (pass rate of at least 40%)
- Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language
- Must be a South African citizen and an Employment Equity candidate
- Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 34
- Must present a valid medical record detailing the nature of the disability
- Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme and attend classes on weekdays (and Saturdays if required)
- Must not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies
- Must have no criminal record or negative credit record
- Must be based in, or willing to travel to, the designated regional locations
