Key Responsibilities
- Complete the Business Administration Learnership Programme
- Participate in a structured learning programme that blends theoretical training with on-the-job experience
- Provide administrative support during peak business periods and when teams are on leave
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualifications/Experience:
- A Grade 12 qualification with Maths/Maths Literacy and English (minimum pass rate of 40%)
- Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language
- Competency Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen and an Employment Equity candidate
- Must be unemployed and between 18 and 34 years of age
- Must present a valid medical record detailing the nature of the disability
- Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme and attend classes on weekdays (and Saturdays if required)
- Must not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies
- Must have no criminal record or negative credit record
- Should be self-motivated, organised, results-driven, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work in a flexible and pressurised environment, including weekends and public holidays
- Must be willing to work at the designated Regional location
