Who Can Apply
South African youth who:
- Are between 18 and 35 years old
- Hold a matric qualification
- Are currently unemployed
- Have not participated in a YES Programme with another organization before

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Stock Control:
- Apply correct stock control measures in-store and in back-up areas.
- Control, minimize, and document returns as per the store work plan.
- Report out-of-stock situations promptly.
- Place accurate and timely orders.
- Ensure clean and neat product displays.
2. Shelve Control:
- Pack shelves following the store flow and basic merchandising rules.
- Maintain the fridge appropriately.
- Uphold indicated shelf sets as per provided plans.
- Ensure accurate product labeling and placement of point-of-sale material.
3. Business Relationships:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with store management, Area Managers (AM), Head Office (HO), customers, and fellow Merchandisers.
- Exploit all opportunities in-store to enhance product visibility.
