Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently execute all POS operational activities in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high accuracy in scanning merchandise and processing payments, including ClubCard rewards.
  • Ensure safe cash handling at all times.
  • Actively promote and enroll new Clicks ClubCard members to achieve participation targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Deliver superior customer service by being a visible and professional brand ambassador.
  • Maintain merchandising and general housekeeping according to store standards.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
