Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently execute all POS operational activities in a timely manner.
- Maintain high accuracy in scanning merchandise and processing payments, including ClubCard rewards.
- Ensure safe cash handling at all times.
- Actively promote and enroll new Clicks ClubCard members to achieve participation targets.
- Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Deliver superior customer service by being a visible and professional brand ambassador.
- Maintain merchandising and general housekeeping according to store standards.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.

Experience:
- Desirable: Customer-facing role within a retail/FMCG environment

- Essential: Grade 12
