Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide professional assistance to clients
- Address queries and resolve complaints relating to account information and card transactions
- Offer technical support to clients using Capitec’s Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service-level requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Experience: 1–2 years in an inbound contact centre environment and/or customer service
- Knowledge:
- Call centre processes and procedures
- Customer care and service protocols
- Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Willingness to work regular shifts, weekends, and rotational standbys
