Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations through excellent selling techniques.
- Adhere to stock loss control measures.
- Consistently meet individual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and turnover.
- Maintain store housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
- Create an inspiring work environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months of retail experience.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Clear criminal record.
- Microsoft computer proficiency.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of current clothing trends/outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand applying for).
