BUCO is seeking an Operator: Machine at its Port Elizabeth Walker Drive branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately cutting timber and boards to meet customer requirements, maintaining machines, assisting customers, and ensuring stock is neatly packed and accessible.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate cutting of timber and boards to customer specifications.
- Assist customers with loading and ensure prompt, efficient service.
- Feed materials into the machine and adjust machine settings when required.
- Regulate belt speed and machine temperature for optimal performance.
- Perform correct edge trimming, sanding, and other machine operations.
- Maintain a tidy cutting area and ensure adherence to safety policies.
- Report stock shortages, machine failures, and maintain operational records.
- Assist with stock-taking when required.
- Uphold and promote company values and culture in daily activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- At least 1 year of industrial experience
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
