Key Responsibilities
- Comply with company/client policies and OH&S requirements; participate in safety meetings and incident reporting.
- Complete, file and manage financial transactional documents; handle petty cash and basic banking reconciliations.
- Provide front-office support: communication, message handling, and excellent client service.
- Operate and maintain office equipment; coordinate office repairs, supplies and cleaning.
- Provide secretarial/administrative support (typing, filing, photocopying, data entry).
- Process timesheets; arrange travel and bookings for site personnel.
- Support general site operations and any reasonable ad-hoc tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
- Code 08 (light vehicle) driver’s licence (advantageous).
- 0–1 year experience in an office environment.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).
