This entry-level programme supports technicians with inspections, basic troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and admin on heavy earthmoving equipment while you build practical workshop exposure.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with inspecting heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Support basic troubleshooting, testing, maintenance and repairs.
- Help remove and install components in workshop or at customer sites.
- Assist with ordering parts and tracking returns.
- Support service administration (reports, labour booking, expenses, parts returns).
- Contribute to accurate customer machine analyses and Machine Inspection Reports (MIR).
- Maintain good housekeeping and provide general customer support.

Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 / N3 with Pure Mathematics (≥45%), English (≥45%) and Physical Science (≥45%).
- N2 / N3 with relevant theory advantageous (Motor/Diesel and/or Electrical/Electronic).
- “Technicians for the World” certificate advantageous.
- Code B Learner’s Licence advantageous.
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills.
