Eligibility Criteria
- Aged 18 to 35
- Unemployed and not enrolled in formal education
- Preference for candidates from designated Employment Equity groups, especially the JTG District in the Northern Cape
- Grade 12/N3 Technical or equivalent with Mathematics Literacy or Mathematics (Physical Science advantageous)
- SA citizen with a valid ID and driver’s license
- Proof of residential address
Key Responsibilities

- Participate in training modules and hands-on tasks
- Support plant operations and develop technical skills
- Collaborate with teams to achieve goals
- Complete assessments and maintain documentation
