Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a Matric certificate
- Must provide a certificate of disability (Medical Certificate from a specialist)
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration is an added advantage
- Industry knowledge and some working experience are advantageous
- Must not have previously participated in any learnership
Required Skills
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal skills with a self-driven attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Basic administration skills
