Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality meals, sandwiches, and fast foods
- Maintain excellent hygiene and cleaning standards within the unit
- Handle all cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Implement and enhance controls related to cash management
- Assist with stock-takes and maintain loss-prevention measures
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Ensure attractive presentation of all food items while maintaining quality standards
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive dining experience
- Follow cash management policies to ensure accountability of company funds
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Previous cash-handling experience
- Proven customer relations skills
- Punctual, well-presented, and self-disciplined
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Previous cashier or front-of-house experience is advantageous
