This 12-month programme provides unemployed youth with an exciting first working experience in the retail environment, equipping them with practical workplace skills and exposure to the jewellery retail industry.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizens aged 18 to 28 years old
- Minimum Grade 10 (Matric/Grade 12 preferred)
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must be available for a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Should not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more than 1 year
- Should not be studying full-time during the programme period (April 2025 – March 2026)
- Should not have participated in a previous YES programme
- Accommodation and transport costs are the applicant’s responsibility
- Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act
