Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and provide professional assistance to clients
  • Address queries and resolve complaints relating to account information and card transactions
  • Offer technical support to clients using Capitec’s Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service-level requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • Experience: 1–2 years in an inbound contact centre environment and/or customer service
  • Knowledge:
    • Call centre processes and procedures
    • Customer care and service protocols
  • Conditions of Employment:
    • Clear criminal and credit record
    • Willingness to work regular shifts, weekends, and rotational standbys
