Eligibility Criteria

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (obtained between 2020–2024)
  • Minimum average of 55% for English and Mathematics or Maths Literacy
  • Computer literacy (Advanced)
  • Currently unemployed
  • Must not have participated in a learnership before

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service through inbound and outbound interactions
  • Resolve queries and escalate complaints to appropriate stakeholders
  • Accurately capture and confirm customer orders as per standard operating procedures
  • Communicate account status and order issues clearly to customers
  • Upsell Clover and partner products, including promotions and special offers
  • Promote team cooperation, assist colleagues, and contribute to team goals
  • Take part in team meetings and contribute to shared responsibilities
  • Maintain visual information and reporting standards
