Key Responsibilities
- Ensure zero dropped calls and maintain 95% service level
- Manage customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Accurately capture orders onto the system
- Meet inbound call and sales targets
- Adhere to QA guidelines and achieve a minimum 80% quality score
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly
- Promote products/campaigns through outbound calls
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education:
- Essential: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Desirable: Call centre certification or higher education diploma
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 months inbound & outbound call centre experience
- Experience in client retention and sales advantageous
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Target-driven with excellent negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues
- Multilingual: English + two other South African languages
- Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM, and call centre software
