Programme/Position Offerings

  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Contract Term: 120-hour assignment
  • Location: Vangate, Cape Town, South Africa
  • Key Exposure:
    • Gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and sales performance tracking
    • Work with a diverse product range while staying current with the latest décor and fashion trends
    • Develop skills in merchandising, stock replenishment, and retail operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for American Swiss by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions
  • Actively track sales performance against targets
  • Sell a diverse product range while keeping up to date with current décor and fashion trends
  • Search out new opportunities for sales
  • Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
