This is an opportunity to be a brand ambassador, deliver customer service, and drive sales performance in a dynamic retail environment in Gauteng, South Africa. Programme/Position Offerings
- Position Type: Full-time, Temporary (Maternity Cover)
- Contract Term: 120-hour assignment
- Location: Gauteng, South Africa
- Key Exposure:
- Gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and sales performance tracking
- Work with a diverse product range while staying current with the latest décor and fashion trends
- Develop skills in merchandising, stock replenishment, and retail operations
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for American Swiss by delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions
- Actively track sales performance against targets
- Sell a diverse product range while keeping up to date with current décor and fashion trends
- Search out new opportunities for sales
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Skills & Competencies:
