Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is offering a learnership opportunity for an Unemployed Learner in Sales. This 12‑month programme is designed to equip you with essential skills in growing volume, facilitating the order-taking process, and executing merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers. As a learner, you will work under the guidance of the Team Leader: Sales, while completing the National Certificate in Marketing (NQF Level 4).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must hold a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed at 40%
  • Must have passed two South African Languages at 40%
  • Must be a South African citizen and an Employment Equity candidate
  • Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
  • Must be between 18 and 35 years of age
  • Must be Employment Equity candidate
  • Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another organisation
  • A Diploma/Degree is advantageous
  • Possession of a driver’s licence is advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learnership Exposure:
    • Gain comprehensive exposure to commercial aspects of the sales environment, including customer care, customer management, marketing essentials, merchandising standards, management essentials, and communication
  • Operational Support:
    • Assist in executing sales strategies to grow volume and enhance the order-taking process
    • Support the implementation and monitoring of merchandising standards across a designated geographical area
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Help with day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
