Successful candidates will sign a 12‑month or 18‑month learnership contract and gain essential skills that will prepare them for a successful career.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18 and 35
- Must hold a Grade 12 certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy passed at 40%
- Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language at 40% is required
- A post-matric qualification is required in certain areas
- Possession of a driver’s licence is advantageous for certain roles
- Applicants must be unemployed and must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another organisation
- Preference will be given to candidates who meet our Employment Equity guidelines
