This programme is designed to develop practical skills in food and beverage packaging, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a learner, you will gain exposure to various aspects of bottling, safety, quality testing, and food handling, while working under the guidance of the Training Controller.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate with a pass in Mathematics (core) and Physical Sciences at 50%
- Must have passed two South African Languages at 40%
- Must be a South African citizen and an Employment Equity candidate
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
- Must be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Prior participation in a similar learnership is not permitted
- An N5/N6 qualification is advantageous

- Ability to interact effectively and work collaboratively within a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Duties & Responsibilities
- Learnership Exposure:
- Participate in bottling processes and procedures
- Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards
- Conduct quality tests and ensure compliance with specifications
- Assist in food handling practices as required
- General Support:
- Engage in all activities designed to support your development in the packaging environment
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and product quality
