Sasol is offering a Learnership in the Artisan field, based in Komatipoort, Mpumalanga. This programme provides on-the-job training supported by structured institutional learning. As a learner, you will gain practical experience in one of the following fields: Chemical Plant Operator, Mechanical Fitter, Instrumentation, or Electrician.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a completed National Senior Certificate or equivalent with a pass in:
- Technical Mathematics/Mathematics (SG/HG)
- English/Business English (SG/HG)
- Technical/Physical Science (SG/HG)
- Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups and people with disabilities, in accordance with Sasol’s Employment Equity Plan

- Ability to participate effectively in the learnership programme and complete all assessments
- Strong commitment to workplace readiness and continuous learning
- A proactive approach to developing practical skills and knowledge in an industrial setting
